Shipping policy

Most of our items are personalized, therefore most items will ship in 3 business days.  We will notify you if there is an issue and your item will not ship in a timely manner.  This delay occurs when an item is out of stock in our warehouse.  

Shipping is calculated at check out and most of our shipments are delivered via local delivery service, USPS or UPS.  

If an item arrives damaged, please keep all packaging as a claim will need to be made with the carrier.
